Open position in In vitro Pharmacology at AlzeCure Pharma AB

The company’s activities are focused on the development of new drugs for the treatment of neurodegenerative diseases, such as e.g. Alzheimer’s disease and Parkinson’s disease, as well as pain. The research is conducted at Huddinge Hospital (Novum).

We are now announcing a permanent employment in in vitro pharmacology with a focus on drug development. The position is lab-oriented, and we therefore value such experience highly.

  • You should be a biomedical analyst or have a master’s or doctoral degree. We value work experience highly and you should have more than 5 years of previous experience in industrial drug development.
  • You should have very good knowledge in vitro pharmacology, assay development, and experience of several different measurement technologies and cell culture work.
  • Experience with immunohistochemical analysis and/or automated microscopy is considered a merit.
  • Good knowledge in neurology and/or pain research as well as the basic mechanisms behind the diseases are desirable.
